WE ARE SO EQUAL

Please think carefully about the answers to the following questions:
Was it your choice to be born in the Milky Way galaxy among more than a billion other galaxies in the universe as reported by modern science?  Was it your request? Was it your choice or preference to exist in a planetary system called “the Solar system”, that is on the outskirts of the Milky Way, 32 thousand light years from its center. The Milky Way, which is made up of 400 billion stars according to the latest findings?  Excuse me?
You didn’t choose to be of “mankind in the solar system on a planet named “Earth” that is 1 million 303 thousand times smaller than the sun?
Did you not choose the continent and the country you are in?  Then, you must have chosen your race, generation, nation?  Don’t tell me that you didn’t choose your mother or father, family structure or conditions, that you weren’t even asked of these?  Then, it must have been your choice to show up on earth with a male or female body?  What? Not that either?
Alright then, let’s ask ourselves: could people be condemned, despised, belittled, excluded, or blamed for things they have no control over?  In that case, can we discriminate against people because of their race, color, or religious understanding that comes from their upbringing?    Is it logically, intellectually, or morally acceptable?
Oppressing others using these excuses is against the religion of Islam and according to the statement: “No one is responsible for what’s beyond their capacity,” It is also against human conscience and intellect.  If one has developed such a flawed view, it  must be questioned!
Now lets discuss the concept of equality in this rat race called life.  For a race to be fair, the starting points should be equal! So, do we begin this race under equal conditions?  You are born to a genius father and a scientist mother, with genes loaded with learning and knowledge.  I, lacking such genes, was born to a wretched couple, naive, well-meaning, introverted, incapable of planning for the future, struggling to feed themselves daily – a family of impoverished genetic composition.  You come from a rich family that has breakfast in NY, dinner in Tokyo.  I opened my eyes on earth to a poor family wearing shoes with patches on their soles, who couldn’t even afford to take cabs.   You are a product of a stunning mother, a handsome father; I am a mixture of a so-so father and a homely mother. You are a descendant of Mohammad (SAW), master of both physical and spiritual realms I, on the other hand an offspring of narrow-minded fundamentalists.
And we are EQUAL?  We start this rat race EQUALLY?  We live life under EQUAL conditions? We are faced with EQUAL challenges? We are treated EQUALLY? And we leave the world under EQUAL conditions? What EQUALITY?
And “Justice!”…  May Allah bless with his eternal compassion”, my mother, resting in Silivrikapi, Istanbul..
Allah! with nothing existing beside him, stating, “I do as I wish”.
And on the other hand ‘I’  and the likes of me: in complete surrender to His will, judgment and wish, taking everything they own from Him, being absolutely nothing compared to His knowledge, might, and creativity.
“Justice” is what we call “Him giving the created what they deserve according to the purpose of their creation.”
Worldly life where money and label rule humans mercilessly, openly or in secret. The gazelle between the lion’s claws and teeth, lamb or chicken in a man’s mouth, the poor left to the mercy of the rich.  And, the reality announced by Mohammed (SAW): the reality of life after death, that people will face the consequences of their actions, the truth as explained by Islam that stems from the universal system and order.
Wouldn’t it be better to give up the fight over what happened and use our valuable time on what we can make happen?  Something to seriously consider!
Also, ever wondered why and to whom we need to worship?
